Welcome, luminous soul. I’m Clare — a passionate healer, intuitive guide, and lifelong student of energy and the human spirit. With over 25 years of experience in Reiki, massage therapy, and complementary health, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others reconnect with their inner light, release what no longer serves them, and step into a life of balance, wellness, and purpose.

As a Reiki Master Teacher rooted in the Usui lineage, I offer a deeply intuitive and spiritually enriched approach to energy healing through the Luminous Soul Method — a unique blend of Reiki, guided visualization, and soul-led intention work. My journey in bodywork includes qualifications in Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, and other holistic therapies, all of which inform my grounded, compassionate, and trauma-aware approach to healing.

Whether I’m teaching, holding space, or guiding treatments, my mission is to empower others to become their own healers — to trust their intuition, embrace their sensitivity, and live in alignment with their highest truth.
