I am Dr. Nilushika Jayasekara, a medical doctor passionate about teaching surgical clinical examination in a simple and structured way.

I specialize in helping medical students master surgical short cases, OSCEs, and bedside examination techniques with confidence. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex clinical examinations into clear, step-by-step methods that are easy to understand and apply in exams.

Having guided many students through their final MBBS and ERPM examinations, I understand the common challenges students face, including lack of structure, exam anxiety, and difficulty in presenting cases effectively.

Through my courses, I aim to help students develop a systematic approach, improve their clinical reasoning, and perform confidently in their exams.
