I am an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. I’ve worked in real corporate environments for years, and before that, I was an IT instructor where I trained others to understand how technology actually works.

With a Bachelor’s Honors degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Computer-Based Management of Information Systems, I bring both real-world and academic experience to this course.

I’m here to simplify IT for you — and help you take your first confident step into the field.
