I’m a product strategist, designer, and startup founder with 12+ years of experience working with startups and technology companies across Europe, the United States, and Dubai.
Over the years, I became increasingly interested in one question: how small product decisions quietly shape the future of a product, a team, or even an entire company.
BUILDING PRODUCTS
That perspective comes not only from consulting, but also from building products directly. I founded Pametne garaže, a platform for renting private garages and parking spaces, where everyday product decisions constantly turn into real operational, technical, and strategic challenges.
WORKING WITH STARTUPS
Working with 40+ early-stage startups through Pax6 Design Consulting exposed me to a recurring pattern: teams often struggle not because they lack ideas or talent, but because they don’t fully see the long-term effects of early product decisions. Features create workflows. Workflows shape communication. Communication slowly shapes the organization itself.
Alongside consulting, I also mentor designers transitioning into more strategic roles, helping them better understand the systems, constraints, and trade-offs behind product work.
BACKGROUND & TEACHING
Before moving fully into startups, I spent five years teaching at a university while completing postgraduate research in architecture. That background strongly influenced how I approach products today — as evolving systems shaped by structure, behavior, incentives, and time.
My courses focus on helping product managers, designers, and founders develop clearer product thinking, make better decisions, and understand the deeper dynamics behind how products grow and change.
