I am a Senior Scientific Officer at the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), BCSIR, Bangladesh, with extensive experience in environmental chemistry, toxicology, and health risk assessment.

I have worked as a Visiting Scientist (2023–2024) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA, and have contributed to multiple research projects involving heavy metals, PAHs, and environmental contaminants.

I am also a Reviewing Editor for the Springer-Nature Group and have published several peer-reviewed research articles in international journals.

In this course, I share a practical, simplified, and research-focused approach to performing health risk assessment using Excel, designed especially for students and researchers.
