I am the owner and Skills Director at CVP Group, an independent training provider on a mission to become a top 5 UK provider by 2025. I am the creator of the 25 Seven Business Academy and author of 10 Steps to Business Success.
My goal is to support is to provide high quality education that moves people into employment and helps them progress. I want to support 1000 people realise their potential and start a business by 2024.

In my early twenties I didn't take myself too seriously. I was relaxed about work and didn't read much or look to improve myself. I got a job at an independent training provider as a trainee assessor and soon moved into a trainer role teaching maths and English which then developed into a managerial role. Over the years I moved companies and expanded my network in further education until in 2018 when I decided to set up my own training consultancy business CVP Consult (now CVP Group).
After securing a number of pre-employment contracts we moved into the apprenticeship space and secured contracts with some of the largest logistics and recruitment businesses in the UK.
Never one to be satisfied I set up our enterprise academy in 2020. I wanted to give back what I had learned and support people looking to start their own business make the move in building their own.
