Adam Behrman is Director of AI & Advanced Analytics at Alvarez & Marsal's Financial Services Industry Group, where he leads AI transformation engagements for global banks and financial institutions. He was an adjunct faculty at Columbia University's Fu Foundation School of Engineering, teaching Fintech. Earlier in his career he served as Chief Model Risk Officer at a commercial bank, an Expert Engagement Manager at McKinsey's Risk Dynamics practice, and held roles at Deutsche Bank, Evercore, Colony Capital, Deloitte, AllianceBernstein, and the NYSE, spanning private equity, structured products, and capital markets. He holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance from NYU Stern and the CFA and FRM designations. Through AgentX Partners, Adam builds and teaches practical AI systems, with a focus on making AI agents genuinely useful — and trustworthy — in real work.
