My expertise bridges IT service management, governance, systems administration, data management, ICT strategy, and digital transformation. As a certified ITIL®, PMP®, and GMoIT professional, I have successfully led and mentored teams, implemented large-scale IT projects, and championed service excellence and operational efficiency.

As a passionate trainer, I bring real-world experience, practical insights, and exam-focused strategies to help learners master ITSM  practices, especially the Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS) module. My mission is to empower IT professionals to gain the skills and confidence needed to excel in their certifications and advance their careers.
