I am a PMP certified and FIDIC certified contracts manager, holding Master of Science in construction management, and have nearly 18 years of practical experience in management of construction projects encompassing industrial projects, buildings, and residential; particularly in the fields of procurement, contracts drafting, negotiation and management, drafting correspondences, claims preparation and assessment (merit and Quantum), variations management, tender risk analysis, delay analysis. Work experience included working in entities encompassing positions in various corporates, including: Mountain View, Mace, Hill International and Orascom Construction.
