I'm a Chief Structural Engineer with 13 years of experience specializing in precast concrete design — wall panels, hollow core slab systems, and connections — working to international standards including ACI 318M-19 and PCI 8th Edition.
I lead structural design at a precast manufacturer in the UAE, where my work spans everything from element design to connection detailing to the day-to-day engineering judgment that decides whether a structure behaves the way it was drawn. Precast is a field where the theory and the practice often diverge, and most of what I teach comes from solving real problems on real projects, not from a textbook.
I'm also the creator of S.T.A.N.D., a structural design automation platform I built to apply precast design logic consistently and quickly — developed with AI-assisted coding, with every design decision engineer-validated. That intersection of solid engineering fundamentals and practical automation is the perspective I bring to my courses.
My goal as an instructor is simple: help engineers genuinely understand why precast elements and connections behave the way they do, so they can design with confidence on their own projects. I teach the way I'd want something explained to me — clearly, practically, and without skipping the reasoning that actually matters.
