Prakash Thirugnana Sambandham is an AI governance, technology risk and security assurance practitioner with over 25 years of experience across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT audit, SOX, cloud risk and regulated financial services.

He currently works as VP - Global SOX, with a focus on cloud, cyber and technology risk. His work centres on governance structures, control design, audit evidence and practical assurance over complex technology environments.

Prakash holds CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP and TOGAF certifications. His teaching approach is built around a simple principle: Risk → Control → Evidence.

In this course, he applies that principle to AI governance and AAISM Domain 1 preparation, helping learners understand how to build governance that is practical, defensible and audit-ready.
