Ahmet Kerim Nalbant is the Founder and CEO of Exper Capital TR, an investment readiness and capital access platform that helps startups prepare for the right investment with structure, discipline, and trust.

For over 18 years, he has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, venture building, public innovation, investment strategy, and leadership development. Throughout his career, he has built bridges between founders, investors, technoparks, universities, municipalities, public institutions, and global industry players.

At Exper Capital TR, Ahmet leads a platform focused on helping deep-tech and scalable startups become more investor-ready. The company supports entrepreneurs in key areas such as investment readiness, valuation strategy, financial modeling, pitch deck preparation, due diligence readiness, and investor access. Exper Capital also works with investment groups on startup scouting, investment analysis, due diligence, and stronger startup–capital alignment.

Alongside his role at Exper Capital, Ahmet serves as Strategic Partner at Mizan Tax Audit & Advisory, Teksan DNA Project Leader at Teksan, Startup Scout at Core Yatırım, Venture Advisor at GEAR UP, and mentor within leading innovation hubs including TÜBİTAK, Medeniyet Teknopark, Bilgiyi Ticarileştirme Merkezi, and YTU Startup House.

Previously, he led incubation programs at Teknopark Istanbul, supporting early-stage ventures in biotechnology, energy, ICT, aerospace, defense, and advanced technologies. Earlier in his career, he held senior innovation and project leadership roles at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Istanbul Governorship, managing EU-funded urban innovation programs and cross-sector collaborations at city scale. He also served as General Manager and CFO of YETEV Foundation.

Academically, he lectures at Istanbul Gedik University and has served as Advisor to the Rector. He is also a Founding Member of the Board of Trustees at the Türkiye Deep Tech Foundation.
