Christy Paxson - Shadow Work Mentor | Certified Spiritual Life Coach | Reiki Master | Hypnotherapist | Intuitive Energy Healer

A trauma alchemist and soul mirror who’s not afraid of the dark — because she’s lived there. As the founder, she guides others through the trenches of shadow work, grief, and identity reconstruction using a potent blend of ritual, raw truth, and radical self-reflection.

She is a Certified Usui Reiki Master (Natural Healer™), a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Intuitive Energy Healer, and a Certified Hypnotherapist with a specialty in past-life and inter-life regression, accredited by the International Association of Therapists.

The approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Her work is not about fixing you. It’s about guiding you back to the self you buried — the self that remembers. She doesn’t just talk about shadow work — she lives it. And now, she’s ready to walk beside you while you live yours.
