About me
Alena Dzinman has spent 20 years as a stress-management instructor with the Art of Living Foundation — and the last several years applying that same expertise to what your wearable device is actually measuring.
She is a certified triathlon coach specializing in training women through menopause, and works as a wearable-data analyst, reading HRV, sleep, and recovery metrics for real clients rather than just theory. Together with a physician, she created and ran Hack Your Age, a program that taught participants to use their own wearable data to track and slow biological aging.
She is the founder of Melloway, a women's longevity app built entirely around wearable data — Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop — and co-founder of Protein Buddy, a nutrition app. Through Melloway, she ran an original research study, supported by the Goethe-Institut, on exactly how small daily habits measurably change HRV, sleep, and recovery data over time.
She is also a triathlete and half-Ironman finisher who reads this exact data on her own body every day — not just in theory.
This course brings both sides of her work together: two decades of teaching people to manage stress, and years spent turning wearable data into a system anyone can actually use.
