Alin Zamfiroiu is an Associate Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and a Senior Research Scientist at the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest). With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, research, and technology innovation, he specializes in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, distributed systems, and digital transformation.

He holds a PhD in Economic Informatics and has authored more than 100 scientific publications, contributing extensively to research in computer security, intelligent systems, and emerging digital technologies. His work bridges academic research and real-world applications, helping professionals understand and apply advanced technologies in practical business and IT environments.
