My career has taken me through every aspect of internal auditing—from conducting my first audit as a junior auditor to leading enterprise-wide audit functions as Chief Audit Executive. I've worked across industries, navigated complex regulatory environments, and helped organizations transform their audit capabilities from basic compliance checking to strategic value creation.

Along the way, I've trained hundreds of auditors, developed countless audit programs, and seen what truly separates exceptional audit professionals from average ones. That knowledge is what I bring to every course I create.

Today, I'm the founder of Business Excellence, a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations and professionals achieve measurable growth through innovative audit, risk management, and governance solutions.

I created the Internal Audit Professional Series—a comprehensive 18-module training program—because I saw too many auditors struggling with the same challenges I once faced.
