My background is in digital marketing — years spent helping people find the right information at the right moment made it impossible to ignore a pattern: parents of teenagers searching everywhere for real, practical help, and mostly finding generic advice instead.

I built this course because I kept seeing the same story. Parents who love their kids deeply, working hard, doing their best — and still lying awake some nights wondering if they're pushing too hard, or not enough. Not because they're doing anything wrong, but because nobody hands you a manual for this exact stage of parenting.

This course is my attempt at that manual: short, honest lessons built around the real conversations that come up again and again with a teenager — not another long parenting theory book.
