Dr. Amos Kulumba is a public policy scholar, youth advocate, and dynamic educator whose work centers on justice, equity, and community transformation. A Ph.D. graduate from Walden University, his dissertation on juvenile recidivism has been downloaded around the globe, reflecting its urgent relevance and real-world impact.

With a background that bridges academia, community organizing, and civic leadership, Dr. Kulumba serves as the Political Action Chairman of Kappa Alpha Psi's Gaithersburg-Rockville Alumni Chapter and sits on the board of the DC Peace Team. He regularly engages with local leaders, schools, and organizations to train, mentor, and advocate on behalf of vulnerable youth — particularly those caught within the justice system.
