I hold a PhD in Pedagogy with a specialization in counselling, and I've been a continuous member of the Hellenic Society of Counselling since 2017. My doctoral research focused on the early identification and support of Space & Time Disorder (S.T.D.) in children aged 4–6, using fairy tales and computer-based tools — work that later grew into the Anthropocentric Score® Approach, a model that supports across therapy, education, and self-development.
I'm also a composer of original, intuitive meditation and improvisational music, which I bring into sessions and courses alike — you can hear it on my YouTube channel and in live performances at En Lefko Studio in Chania, Crete.
My training spans person-centered and non-directive psychotherapy (NDI), Reiki (Master level), NLP & life coaching, play therapy, and music & movement expression — always in service of one thing: helping people find their own voice again, and be heard.
I have taken 35+ years of teaching, music, psychology, voice and human experience as well as parent and turned it into a path you can actually follow
