Philip Lee holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and is an Experienced Tunnel and Geotechnical Engineer with over seven years of industry experience, specialising in underground infrastructure and tunnelling engineering.
Philip has built a strong track record working on major infrastructure projects including metro rail systems, large-scale tunnel developments, sewer upgrades, and pipeline projects. His expertise spans geotechnical and tunnelling analysis, segmental lining design, ground movement and settlement assessment, structural evaluation, and the design of both temporary and permanent support systems.
He has contributed to several high-profile projects and undertaken responsibilities including site inspections, safety assessments, numerical modelling (using tools such as PLAXIS 2D/3D, RS2, Strand7 and Xdisp ), and multidisciplinary coordination across design teams.
