I have been engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language for more than ten years with great passion and gained wide acknowledgement from my student. My teaching style is featured by relaxation with incentive-oriented teaching methods, creating a pleasant environment  for the students. The relaxed class atmosphere can help the students overcome the psychological hurdle of "Chinese  is difficult to learn. However, I am also strict with the students in some key issues. It is vital for the students to build  up their confidence and get bold enough to speak Chinese. By using the incentive-oriented teaching method and  encouraging them to speak Chinese, I relax the class atmosphere, pointing out their mistakes explicitly and encouraging their good points. The students gradually love Chinese when their passion for it is triggered.
