Anj Vera is the CEO and founder of TalentView, an employer branding firm with operations across the ASEAN region. Anj is passionate about transforming the state of HR and serves organizations in the field of talent acquisition, human capital strategy, and implementing HR technology platforms. She is also the author of the HR book, 'Rethink Recruitment', course instructor of one of the highest-rated employer branding courses on Udemy, and consultant to HR leaders and Fortune 1000 organizations.

Outside of work, Anj is an avid traveler and underwater photographer. She is a PADI-certified diver who regularly photographs marine life to encourage others to appreciate the ocean and make efforts toward conservation.
