Working professionally under her artistic identity, Abstract Annessa, Anne’s work was born from profound personal transformation. After years of navigating serious autoimmune illness and chronic pain, she discovered that immersive engagement with art, intentional focus, and creative practice became a powerful catalyst for healing in her own life. What began as a personal path toward wellness evolved into a life mission: helping others access healing through beauty, awareness, and creative expression.

With formal training in graphic design, certification in Art Therapy and Color Therapy, and decades of artistic exploration, Anne has developed a distinctive methodology for visual healing, including her signature 15 Looking Techniques©, designed to deepen presence, reduce stress, stimulate emotional processing, and awaken intuitive self-awareness. Her teachings blend fine art, the psychology of perception, energy awareness, and spiritual growth into accessible practices that invite people to become active participants in their own well-being.

Her original collections—including Into the Myst: A Journey of Just Being and the symbolic Idol Hands series—have been recognized for their emotional depth, layered meaning, and multidimensional viewing experience.
