Dr Antony Alex Irungu is a passionate thinker, teacher, purpose coach, and mentor dedicated to helping individuals discover meaning beyond success and live with intentional fulfilment. His work blends philosophical reflection, spiritual wisdom, practical insight, and storytelling, guiding learners to align their values, passions, strengths, priorities, and goals with their higher purpose. Over the years, Dr Irungu has inspired, coached, and mentored many to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters — encouraging them to live fulfillingly, meaningfully, and purposefully.

His message is simple yet profound: "Purpose isn't something you find out there; it's something you awaken from within." This course draws from a rich blend of disciplines — including sociology, psychology, philosophy, Christian theology, business, and leadership to equip learners with practical strategies, reflective techniques, and timeless frameworks for discovering and deepening their sense of purpose in both personal and professional life.

Dr Irungu's teaching philosophy rests on three core principles: Enlighten, Equip, and Empower. With extensive experience as a university teaching assistant, coach, and mentor — and currently serving as an AI in Business Instructor at a Texas-based college, where he teaches Project Management to a cohort of over 100 students — he also helps entrepreneurs transform ideas into thriving ventures and equips experienced leaders and emerging ones with practical and holistic purpose-driven leadership skills.

Dr Irungu firmly believes that purpose-driven people become purpose-driven servant leaders who build purpose-driven enterprises.
