Hi, I’m Arin — a Business Analysis and Product professional with over a decade of experience in consulting, digital transformation, and product delivery.

I’ve worked as a Business Analyst in leading IT consulting firms in Thailand, helping organizations transform ideas into real digital solutions. I later worked as a Product Owner in Thailand’s banking sector, where I collaborated with business teams, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver products in complex enterprise environments.

My experience covers requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process design, backlog management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional execution.

Beyond corporate work, I’ve also built products from scratch as a startup founder, giving me both enterprise and entrepreneurial perspectives.

My teaching style is practical, clear, and focused on what actually works in real projects — not just textbook theory.

If you want to build real-world skills and understand how Business Analysts truly work, you’re in the right place.
