Dr. Arvinder Kour is a distinguished academician, corporate trainer, author, and management professional with over 28 years of experience in Law, Human Resources, Management, Administration, and higher education. She holds four postgraduate degrees—M.A. (Public Administration), LL.M. (Business and Labor Law), MIRPM, and MBA (HR & Marketing)—along with a Ph.D. An award-winning educator, she has published numerous research papers, authored books and book chapters, conducted over 100 training programs, and teaches thousands of learners through her online courses. Her passion lies in simplifying complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences that empower students and working professionals alike.

Sawan Dongre is an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with over 10 years of industry experience, specializing in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management. His multidisciplinary academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom), an MBA, an M.A. in Economics, and an LL.B. His practical industry expertise enables learners to understand ITSM concepts through real-world examples, best practices, and hands-on approaches that prepare them for professional success.

Together, Dr. Arvinder Kour and Mr. Sawan Dongre combine academic excellence, industry expertise, and a passion for teaching to create high-quality courses in IT Service Management, AI for Professionals, IT Governance, Business Management, Leadership, and other career-oriented domains.
