Hi, I’m Ashley Azor, MPH, a strategic operations leader and public sector consultant with over a decade of experience helping mission-driven organizations design, fund, and scale impactful programs. Through my firm, Engage & Impact Strategies Consulting, LLC, I support nonprofits, government agencies, and entrepreneurs with everything from procurement and grant development to stakeholder engagement and operational strategy.

I have managed more than $100 million in federally funded programs, led cross-sector partnerships, and helped grassroots organizations secure funding and build capacity.
