Aubrey Doxey is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, specializing in women’s pelvic floor education. She has clinical experience treating dozens of postpartum patients in a rehabilitation setting. Aubrey has completed advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and has a strong foundation in preventative and population health. She has also worked as a teaching assistant, helping train future physical therapist assistants in clinical skills, with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation.
After working closely with prenatal and postpartum women in a clinical therapy setting, Aubrey saw firsthand how many women struggle with pelvic floor symptoms—yet receive little guidance or education, especially after childbirth. After becoming a mother herself, this gap became even more clear. Wanting to make a greater impact, she returned to school to earn her bachelor’s degree in Public Health, expanding her focus from treatment to prevention.
Today, Aubrey is dedicated to providing evidence-based pelvic floor education to women of all ages. Her mission is simple: equip women with the knowledge and practical tools they need to care for their pelvic floor health before problems arise. Rather than only treating symptoms, she is passionate about empowering women through proactive education and prevention.
