· 11 years of work experience in the SAP consulting which includes 8 years’ experience in SAP HCM and 3 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

· Hands on experience in support, rollout, implementation and upgrade projects

· Involved in all the phases of ASAP Methodology including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-live and Post Go-live Support.

· Worked on implementation of Positive and Negative Time Management, India Payroll, Travel Management, and Learning Solutions (LSO)

· 3 years of working experience in providing the support for SAP HR Security & Authorizations,5 years of work experience in providing the support for the time management module.

· Good working knowledge on Service Now and Jira dashboard

· Hands on experience in collaborating with HR stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with client

· Assemble and lead a cross-functional team of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consultants, SAP CPI, ABAP developers, and data migration experts.
