I'm Bec, and I've spent over twenty years in professional audit and assurance — a career built entirely on careful evaluation and judgement, deciding what "good enough" really looks like.
When I came to AI training, I'll be honest: I thought my experience would carry me. It gave me a real foundation — but I had far more to learn than I expected. This work has its own disciplines, its own traps, its own way of thinking. I went looking for a course that taught it properly and found plenty on how to code or use AI, but nothing on the craft in between: the human judgement that actually shapes how these systems behave. So I bridged that gap myself, through trial, error, and eventually real success on live AI training platforms.
Most people don't fail the platform entry assessments and interviews because they aren't capable — they fail because no one has shown them how the work really works. That's exactly what I teach. The AI Trainer Pathway builds the skills those assessments actually test: reading a guideline like a professional, catching a confident answer that's quietly wrong, and defending your judgement with evidence. You'll practise with real exercises and worked answers, then sit a simulated entry assessment built like the real thing — so the first time you face one for real, it's familiar.
This is everything I wish someone had taught me at the beginning: the craft, taught rigorously and honestly, from the ground up, with every marking standard shown openly.
Continue your training beyond Level 1. Levels 2 through to Level 4 taking you from gig worker to AI trainer practitioner setting the evaluations AI trains on.
