I’m a product leader and educator with 10+ years of experience across consulting, startups, SaaS, and product leadership.

I’ve worked as a Head of Product, founded a SaaS company, and most recently worked as a Principal Product Consultant at Western Governors University (WGU), America’s largest edtech company by revenue. I’ve helped build and lead product teams, launch products, enter new markets, improve profitability, and solve complex problems for large organisations.

Before WGU, I was Head of Product at ReadyTech (ASX: RDY), where I grew the product team from three to seven Product Managers and a UX designer, led international expansion, and delivered measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor from Melbourne Law School.

I now teach B2B product management to professionals who want to become better product managers, move into product management, or progress into leadership.

My courses focus on the practical skills that product managers need every day: understanding customers, making good product decisions, prioritising work, communicating with executives, working effectively with engineering and design, and connecting product strategy to business outcomes.

Everything I teach comes from a combination of formal business training and experience doing the job in real companies. The goal is simple: give you the knowledge, frameworks, and practical judgement to become a better product manager.
