Brad holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Concordia College. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. Over the course of his career, Brad has worked across financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate finance — ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly listed biotechnology company, where he oversaw accounting operations, internal controls, public financial reporting, capital markets transactions, and M&A due diligence.
