I am an introvert leader who started out my career as an electronic engineer but then left the engineering field to pursue a calling as a  pastor. The church world is a unique environment that demands leadership skills to lead both employed and volunteer teams. More and more business leaders are discovering the wealth of knowledge and experience in the church. I have been communicating, building teams and training leaders in different nations for 20 years.
