Brian Harper is a technology executive with 30 years of experience spanning the full arc of the digital revolution — from IT security to EU regulatory compliance and, for the last eight years, AI Security. He holds dual EU–US citizenship and is based in Europe, where he consults on AI Security and EU AI Act compliance for mid-market and enterprise organisations.

His career includes 15 years as a CIO/CEO and hands-on work as an AI Security Analyst. He is an EU AI Governance Consultant, keynote speaker, and corporate AI trainer, with clients including the U.S. FBI, NSA, and the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Brian has secured a book deal with Penguin Books UK for his first non-fiction book on AI, scheduled for release in December.
