I am Briana Pope-Pettis, a food and beverage educator and the founder of The Epicure, an education company created to make wine and beverage knowledge more accessible, practical, and engaging. I hold a B.S. in Culinary, Sustainability, and Hospitality, and I have earned multiple beverage certifications, including WSET Level 3 Wine, Wine Level 1 Sake, and Certified Cicerone. I am currently pursuing the WSET Diploma.
