It was founded by retail experts Katy Norton & Lynsey Abbott who combined have over 30 years experience working with multiple large UK retailers, and most recently in Head of Buying roles. Both realised a huge need in retail for skill sharing, education to empower and insights into the industry to make a change for the better.
