I have been with the company for approximately 20 years, having been involved in various roles such as software development, system architecture, operations, product planning, and project management. I have been responsible for diverse projects spanning different domains, including internal network optimization systems, the Xuite blogging platform, OTT video streaming, personal cloud solutions, and significant projects for corporate clients and government entities like the "Qianliyan" enterprise and government project.

At each stage, I have upheld the principle of doing the right things right, starting from the fundamental "Why" to understand every product and determining how telecommunications providers can gain a competitive edge.

I have led a team of around 40 individuals to manage the "Qianliyan" product line, achieving seven consecutive years of revenue growth. Starting from 2018, the product line has been profitable, surpassing our organization's set targets for the following four years. Since taking charge, revenue has grown by 227.65%, and profits have increased by 279.60%, maintaining a consistent upward trend. We have captured approximately 82% of Taiwan's law enforcement intersection market and expanded into various government departments and agencies, including the Fisheries Agency, Environmental Protection Administration, Water Resources Agency, Transportation Bureau, Tourism Bureau, and industrial zones. In 2021, we successfully secured significant clients, including Taiwan's leading convenience store chain, for whom we provided in-store surveillance and smart vending machine solutions after five years of dedicated efforts.

Starting in 2020, I ventured into the field of project management, achieving the highest score nationwide in Taiwan for the PMP 7th edition exam in 2021. In 2022, I was honored with the Outstanding Project Leader Award by PMI-TW. I am still actively learning, whether it's tackling challenges in the workplace or engaging in volunteer activities. This journey has highlighted that there is much more to learn in the realm of project management. Currently, I am focused on obtaining certifications related to public cloud platforms and mastering agile project management methodologies, all while actively participating in various volunteer endeavors. Embracing progress in every facet of life has enriched our journey and expanded the horizons of our existence.
