About me
Adida Shahab is the founder of Cranio SelfCare4Health and a pioneer of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) in Singapore. Her work is rooted in a compassionate, whole-body approach to healing and self-regulation.
With over two decades of experience as a practitioner and trainer, she has helped countless individuals restore balance, vitality, and emotional clarity. Through craniosacral therapy, Adida facilitates the body’s unwinding, breathing, and awakening to its innate wisdom — a quiet unfolding back into balance and healing. Her practice attunes to the subtle rhythms of the nervous system and fluid tides, allowing the body’s natural intelligence to guide the process.
With 16 years of dedicated practice in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Caitlin Tham brings both depth of knowledge and a compassionate presence to her work. Passionate about supporting others on their healing journey, she is recognized for her ability to create safe, nurturing spaces where transformation can unfold.
As a Senior Tutor and co‑organiser of the Cranio SelfCare4Health programme, Caitlin has guided countless students and participants in cultivating self‑awareness, resilience, and wellbeing. Her teaching blends clarity, warmth, and encouragement, empowering individuals to connect with the body’s innate wisdom.
