I am Cally Cussons, a High-Performance Thinking and Execution Coach, and my highest qualification is not my PhD. It is the strategy I used to rise from the bottom of life to the top. contracted poliomyelitis as a small child, just over a year old. I crawled on all fours and went through seven orthopaedic surgeries to be able to walk with crutches and callipers. So, I know, personally, what it means to begin at a disadvantage that most people would call impossible. And I built my entire life and career on one conviction that runs through every course I teach: it is not what happens to you that matters, it is what you do with what happens to you.

Over more than two decades in consulting, coaching, and business leadership, I have distilled that journey into practical, teachable frameworks, algorithms and skills any willing mind and organization can learn and apply, in any circumstance, anywhere in the world.

Here is the foundation behind what I teach. I hold a PhD in Philosophy, very vast in the art of thinking and practical philosophy. My training, certifications, and professional practice span management, ICT, sales, marketing, negotiation, various aspects of psychology, and more. My studies took me through the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium, among other institutions.

I have worked as a consultant to multinational corporations, governments, and international development agencies, including the United Nations Industrial Development Organization UNIDO, which partnered with my organization to help train entrepreneurs and create jobs at scale. As a speaker, author, and educator, I have mentored hundreds of thousands of professionals and entrepreneurs, online and around the world.
