In his capacity as a computer expert, Carlos assists individuals and businesses in improving their computer skills. In addition, he maintains good relationships with current and former students and develops engagement plans to help them.

He currently serves as the senior manager for Marketicca, overseeing the development of the company's customer service staff and the training of entry-level staff members. The most rewarding aspect of Carlos's job is making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work hours, Carlos enjoys playing sports, cooking, and following the New York Giants.
