My career has taken me across both professional services consulting firms and industry, which has given me the opportunity to experience transformation from both sides — as an advisor helping organizations shape and deliver change, and as a leader responsible for making transformation work from within.
Over the years, I’ve led and supported large-scale initiatives involving new technologies, business processes, operating models, organizational structures, and new ways of working.
I’m also an experienced instructor and speaker on organizational change, transformation, and adoption. I love taking concepts that can sometimes feel complex or theoretical and turning them into practical tools, examples, and approaches you can actually use in your own organization.
What I’ve learned is that successful transformation is rarely just about having the right strategy or technology. It’s about people. Employees need to understand what is changing, why it matters, what it means for them, and how they can be successful in the new environment.
That practical, people-focused approach is what I bring to my courses.
