Hi, I’m Carolyn Truchon—an educator, program manager, and instructional designer with over a decade of experience in education, workforce development, and online learning.
I specialize in creating engaging, real-world training experiences that help learners not only understand concepts—but confidently apply them. My background includes designing and managing professional development programs at Temple University, where I’ve led the creation of asynchronous online courses, supported instructors and learners, and overseen full program delivery from concept to completion.
My work focuses on areas like trauma-informed practice, psychology, and human-centered learning—especially for those in helping professions. I bring together instructional design best practices, adult learning theory, and practical tools to create courses that are meaningful, accessible, and immediately useful.
I’m also certified in Instructional Learning Technology and have extensive training in areas such as learning science, needs analysis, and video-based instruction—allowing me to design courses that are both engaging and effective.
At the heart of everything I create is a simple goal: to make learning impactful. Whether you're here to build professional skills, deepen your understanding of human behavior, or grow in your role, my courses are designed to support your success.
I believe education has the power to transform lives—and I’m excited to be part of your learning journey.
