About me
I’m one of the lucky ones; I truly love what I do.
With over 25 years as a Physiotherapist, and nearly 20 teaching Pilates, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Whether it’s helping someone stand from a chair without pain, or supporting elite athletes and Ironman competitors, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of ability and mobility during my professional life.
Pilates has been at the heart of my career - and my life - for nearly two decades. It was the last thing I taught before heading off on maternity leave (on my due date!) and the first thing I returned to after having both of my children. Teaching brings me joy like nothing else, and I genuinely cherish every client I’ve worked with.
For me, Pilates brings together everything I love: movement, strength, health, education, social connection, and fun. It’s adaptable for every body, backed by science, and constantly evolving - just like my teaching. If no two classes are the same, I know I’m doing my job right!
After years in the NHS and 12 years working in New Zealand, I returned to the UK in 2018 and now run my own Physiotherapy & Pilates practice. I also hold additional qualifications in acupuncture, nutrition, fitness, and menopausal health.
As a mum of two and wife to a two-time Ironman, I understand how hard it can be to prioritise self-care. That’s why I created this online course - so you can build strength and confidence, anytime and anywhere.
I’m so glad you’re here, and hope hope my courses and classes leave you feeling strong, empowered, and excited to keep moving forward on your Pilates journey.
