Celina Mattocks is a woman-in-tech whose mission is to instill confidence and adventure in learning & growth. She is the founder and CEO of Lead Live Learn, LLC, a professional development company focused on using emerging technology for life skills development.

Celina spent 10 years at a Fortune 500 company as a management consultant partnering with clients and leaders across industries on enterprise change and training. Prior to that, she was a learning & development specialist and program manager. She earned her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in Communications and Spanish. She is certified in Prosci as a change practitioner and in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Assessment.

She is a 2x published author and was named a past Top 100 Emerging Leader by Diversity Awards. Her first literary work is 54 Flights, a quick-read novel examining the life of a jet-setting businesswoman while pregnant with her first child (2021).
