Born in London and raised in the UK and Cyprus, Christiana moved to France 14 years ago. A former Lawyer, she is now a trainer and consultant for top level executives and managers.

Her work experience as a lawyer and trainer enabled her to gain exclusive insight into the workings of some of the largest companies in the world, the societal and regulatory challenges they face, how they are directly affected by business disruption, and how new more agile entrants slide in and grab a share of their market.

This, combined with working with corporates at a top innovation lab in Paris, her international network, and links with the world's first and leading corporate incubator in San Francisco, gave Christiana the hands-on experience and inspiration to help companies become more innovative and face these challenges

Christiana is a certified GALLUP Strengths Based coach, Pitch, Public Speaking and Media coach, and the founder of Activators, a leading Innovation company that combines design and learning to help companies and startups activate their internal talents.

Her training techniques are very active, making sure the trainees really embody the content and are able to put the learnings into place immediately after each session
