Executive Coach Christy Tennant Krispin is an expert in time management, productivity, and leadership development. Her  professional background is in the corporate and non-profit sectors, having spent three years in Richmond, VA, twelve years in New York City, and nine years in Seattle working in corporate communications and public relations before transitioning to coaching. She founded A Fostered Life, providing coaching and training for foster parents, and her articles and videos are used by various social services departments throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Christy is passionate about helping people lead more effectively and work more efficiently so they can live more joyfully.

In addition to her work as a leadership coach, Christy is an ordained minister and chaplain.

As an officer on the Board of Directors for My Father’s House International, Christy supports the work of La Casa de mi Padre, a children’s home in El Salvador. She is also on the Board of the Krispin Jacobs Family Foundation, which provides funding for organizations working on behalf of at-risk youth.

Christy and her husband have five children and call the city of Roanoke, Virginia “home.”
