Clifton "Cliff" Delfosse began his professional career in the Insurance & Financial Services industry more than two decades ago. Following in his father’s footsteps as an insurance & financial advisor, he became a licensed insurance agent/broker. He was later hired at AON, where he and his team provided global coordination services to Fortune 500 companies.
In 2015, He had the honor of collaborating with the communication/marketing team for the launch of TEDxCRENSHAW, a Ted Talk event in Los Angeles, CA.

In 2017, he founded The Blueprint Empowerment Academy, LLC, a corporation that teaches financial literacy to students in underserved communities. 

In 2020, He founded The Blueprint Empowerment Academy, LLC. a global financial education company for children in underserved communities. 

In 2021, his first published e-book “4 Keys To Personal Clarity” and has also developed a multilingual proprietary financial literacy curriculum for elementary, middle, and high school students; now available on Udemy.
In 2025, he published his second book, now available on Amazon, called "Smart Start: Personal Finance Curriculum: A Beginner-Friendly Guide to Budgeting, Saving, and Investing for Teens & Students".
