I am a Child Development and Inclusion Specialist, SEND Specialist, Certified Play Therapy Practitioner and Board Certified Cognitive Specialist (BCCS), with more than 13 years of experience in international education.

My work has included classroom teaching, SEND and learning support, child development, inclusive education, teacher support and the development of individualised approaches for children with diverse learning, developmental, communication, sensory and emotional needs.

I hold a Master of Science in Education (Teacher Leadership) and a BA TESOL (First Class Honours). My professional development also includes extensive study in SEND, child development and therapeutic play.

My approach is centred on understanding the whole child. I believe behaviour should not simply be viewed as something to stop or manage. By observing carefully, remaining curious and considering what may be influencing a child's behaviour, educators can make more thoughtful decisions about the support a child may need.

Through my courses, I aim to give educators practical, realistic tools that they can use in everyday educational settings while encouraging inclusive, child-centred practice.
