Hello there! I'm Csilla Dobosiova, your new instructor for Interview Prepping course on Udemy. Over the past ~10 years I have gained several professional experiences and went through loads of application processes and interviews to help me progress in my career, and I've found great passion for helping others do the same. I'm here to help you find your approach, help build your confidence and tell your story in your most authentic way.

About me & my carreer:

I come from a small town in Easter Europe, where I grew up and went to both elementary and high schools. I moved to the Netherlands to study International Business Management, to learn English and to get exposed to a more international setting.

As part of my studies, I had to complete a 6-month internship in any business function. After a long search I landed at the European Headquarters at Nike in a marketplace operations role, managing the timely deliveries of product launches to our partners across the EMEA marketplace. After my studies have concluded and my internship ended, I applied for a role in the same team I was in, and got my first permanent role at the company.

During those 4 years, I worked together with many different functions and parts of the business, and I spent a lot of time networking to help me figure our what area of the business I would be most passionate about and the different ways for me to get there.

After realizing my passion for sales and account management, I started my 1+ year journey to finally land a role. It was a big jump but I'm really glad a stuck around for it. Not only I found a field I am really passionate about, but on the road to get there I discovered a new passion. Going through many applications and interview processes, I worked together with several colleagues and got feedback from hiring managers which I incorporated into my approach on how I want to prepare for and show up to interviews.

I have worked with several teammates and colleagues to help them with their storytelling and I absolutely love to help anyone gain some confidence and be able to present themselves in a captivating way, confidently.
