The Trainer is a double post-graduate in Industrial Psychology and Personnel Management. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Life-Long Learning, specialising in the area of Learning Organization. Additionally, she is a certified Trainer from Australian Vocational Learning Institute. The trainer hols interest in human psychology, organisational behaviour, human resource management, talent management and performance management.
